Shipping policy

Made to Order

All Scouse Soul products are made on demand.  

This means your item is created especially for you once your order is placed — we don’t hold stock or mass‑produce.

This approach reduces waste, supports small‑batch craftsmanship, and keeps the brand intentionally small and soulful.

 

Production Time

Because each item is made to order, please allow:

  • 2–5 working days for production 

(This may vary slightly during busy periods.)

 You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Time (UK Only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are sent using tracked delivery for peace of mind.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 (depending on item and location)  
  • Typically 3-5 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or seasonal demand.

 

Total Estimated Time

Production + delivery = approximately 3–8 working days from order to arrival.

 

Shipping Costs

FREE shipping applies during launch month 30th May - 30 June.

After which, UK tracked delivery is a flat rate of £3.99, applied at checkout.

 

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately.  

This is normal for made‑to‑order production and does not affect your shipping cost.

 

Safe Place Deliveries

Couriers may sometimes leave parcels in a safe place.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, risk of loss transfers to you only when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided, or to a safe place you specifically instructed.

If a courier leaves your parcel in an unauthorised location (e.g., behind a bin, on a doorstep), and you do not receive it, please contact us and we will investigate.

 

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

1. Check tracking information  

2. Check with neighbours  

3. Check around your property  

4. Confirm no one else accepted the parcel  

If the parcel is still missing, email us at info@scousesoul.com and we’ll resolve it.

As a small business, we take these situations seriously and will work with our production partner and courier to put things right.

 

Incorrect Address Provided

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel cannot be delivered, we cannot offer a free replacement.  

A new order will need to be placed.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only.  

We may expand to the EU and USA in the future.
